Postage & processing:

All orders: 
Orders will be processed within 2-5 business days. You will receive an email once your order is sent. 

All orders are packaged safe and sturdy, and sent as standard letter/parcel post via Australia Post. 
This does not include express or registered post. If you need your order to arrive by a certain time or want to ensure the safety of the product, you need to arrange registered and/or express post before placing your order. 

The arrival time of the item/s you bought is dependant on your location. As a guide, it usually takes 1 week for Australian orders, and up to 1 month for international. 

Returns / Cancellations:
I don't accept returns/exchanges, or cancellations due to change of mind. 
Any postal damage or loss is out of my control. If you want to ensure the safety of your order please contact me to arrange registered post. However, if you are unsatisfied in any case please contact me. I will do my best to resolve any issues! 

Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
